      Hi,

      I open the “Manage Privileges For Users” window and click below the scroll bar in the database view. Then, the selection of a database moves down, but the scroll bar stays at it´s position. Also, the newly selected database is not fully visible (s. first screenshot).

      After a second click below the scroll bar, I can see that the database is changed as the contents of the table view change, but the database view still doesn´t move and neither does the scroll bar (s. second screenshot).

      Confirmed: Clicking either of the 4 positions marked in image above will change the selection, but not move the scrollbar.  It should be opposite.

      Actually it does move if you hold mouse button long enough time.  But still a bug.
