Hello 🙂
I'm experiencing some problems with sqlyog 6.13 in Wine 0.9.49.
I have been using sqlyog this way for a while now and it is working great.
But it seems like some of the ini file changes made in 6.13 broke something.
When i try to save changes to a connection profile, or create a new one then sqlyog crashes 🙁
Also there is another minor bug if sqlyog is used through wine, it has been there for all the time i been using sqlyog+wine.
When you select a table name with the mouse and then click somewhere else, sqlyog gives you a error that it cannot rename the table to itself. It tries to rename table_name TO table_name, which already exists 🙂 It is no big deal but a little annoyment.
I am submitting this bug report of sqlyog+wine combination because I saw in a few releases ago that you guys had focused to increase sqyog compatiblity with Wine, and i think it's great because it's a great software!
Best regards
Martin Lindhe

Please verify the fix with 6.14 RC.

Yes! Both the issues i described in the first post appears to have been fixed!
Thank you so much!
Now sqlyog under wine appears to work identical to the windows version, but i am not using every features of sqlyog so maybe there is some issues still. Great news for linux users 🙂

I'm using the community version currently. Sorry for not specifying that in the original bug report.

no issue!
Our analysis told that only COMMUNITY version was affected. I just wanted to be sure!
