i looked under my account and there is nothing there tells me to check my e-mail well i did in fact i search all my email and no key no download. new install same computer. please help!

I am not sure I quite understand!  Except that you seem to have problems with registration details!

I will paste a 'standard reply' from our support ticket system:

i did a ticket. i am still not getting the download link or the lic number
