      Hi,

      Just upgraded to 3.11 and noticed a warning to make sure that libmySQL.dll was in the correct place. I checked that it was but noticed that it was quite old – 2001. I thought I should update it as the warning implies that SQLyog does not install this. However the later version with MySQL v4.0.12 dated 2003 causes SQLyog to crash out with any action after logging into MySQL.

      I reinstalled which wrote back the older dll and it works again – so why the warning if SQLyog has this file and should it not work with the later dll?

      We have not tried SQLyog with the new libmysql.dll :huh: Thanks for the information 😀
