I noticed that the uninstall script simply removes EVERYTHING from the installation folder and deletes the folder itself. This is a unwanted regression. If I put some files or folders of my own in there they shall not be deleted!
I think we fixed that (back around 4.07) before … but the bad practice has returned.
Only delete files and folders that belong to SQLyog! And I actually would like an option to keep the ini file and the 'favorites' in case that program will be installed later. This is common practice. The configuration, settings and templates are the 'property' of the user – not the 'property' of the program.
