      Hi all, a sqlConfig newbie here. Here are my questions, and any advice is much appreciated:

      I am using SQLyog to create/manage different databases. All users are using mysql query browser. I have installed SQLyog and created users (ie, web1_u1, so on) and databases for those users.

      How to I hide the “information_schema” from users (ie, like web1_u1) in the left-hand side drop-down menu inside mysql query browser?

      Hi,

      I guess there is no way. information_schema is a virtual database that provides meta data. It contains information about the databases managed by the server, but it should only show information about those databases and database objects that are accessible to the current user. So I don't think there is any problem exposing this to the user.
