First off, I'd like to say that I really like your product. It's made dealing with the MySQL instances that I deal with much easier. However, as an experienced DBA who's used to working with top of the line commercial tools for high-end databases, I'd like to offer up some feed back. I'd like to have you include a GUI SQL query builder. The data viewing and manipulation portions of your tool definitely need some more polish. Refining the user management interface to be a bit less clunky would be excellent. Being able to manipulate the performance parameters in a point and click manner would also be handy.
If you've got an Oracle instance to play with, get some software from Quest called TOAD. That's what I want for MySQL. I know MySQL isn't Oracle and you guys are not Quest, but Quest has been writing a similiar interface for Oracle DBA's for a long time. It's based heavily on user feedback from those DBA's so you should definitely take a page from their book.
