      I have an issue with MonYog sending me way too many alerts. Most of the time it's something intermittent that goes away on it's own (e.g. Internet was down for 2 seconds in the office or the DB had a 1 second spike in connections for some reason).

      I don't like getting so “false alarms” because eventually start ignoring the alerts.

      Most monitoring systems allow you to specify a retry threshold. For example – the alert only arrives if the monitor fires off on 2 or 3 successive polls.

      This would be a great addition to MonYog.
