[er sorry I posted in the wrong spot – could an admin please move this to SQLYog? Could have sworn i was in SQLYog forum. Sorry all]
3 feature requests for things that I would use frequently in SQLYog:
1. Print SchemaDesigner – this should print the current layout (even having a “Convert to Visio” or something would be useful here)
2. SchemaDesigner zoom – ability to zoom in and out. I have found that when working with a 10+ table schema, it's difficult to get the “overall picture”. being able to zoom out here would be great.
3. Table Data: instead of having buttons for “next 50”, it'd be good if, when browsing through the data, it automatically loaded the next 'n' records when you got to the last of the currently displayed records – similar to the old MySQL Front
Other than that, this is a great product!
Regards,
Andrew

1) To print you will need a screen grabber. There are lots of them. Also some that will capture the Schema Desinger Window alone. Maybe we can built in such code into SQLyog.
2) I think that will be a major change. Anyway it is a good request! We will need time to discuss this
3) OK .. request understood. currently the LIMIT setting is used. You can change the LIMIT in 'preferences' to match your display.

I would also love to see print and zoom functionality and some export function to JPEG/PNG. I think this feature is pretty useless without those options and I was surprised to see that you didn't have those options. I hope that you will add this later since there is currently no good database design tool for MySQL.

1) 'save LAYOUT as graphics' is not a very big problem. It requires some code of course but when we can populate the screen canvas we can of course too populate some graphics object
2) zooming is a bigger problem! Admitted that we did not (but probably should have) designed for that originally. Please give some days for analyzing!
