      I am able to connect to mysql database, however I get error 1044 when I try to set permissions or create a data base. My username comes back with my ip added to it, along with my isp info at the end of the string. My host, webmasters.com will not support any client side software. Have a look at their website and see if you can find clues to fixing “their” problem.

      1044 means access denied. Either you don't have the right to connect to MySql or your user has not been created at all. Ask your ISP to grant sufficient rights to you (ask for username@% to be used!)
