Default window for edit text data in DB is very uncomfortable.

Is chance to set another edit soft for this? (like settings in Total commander, CuteFTP…..)

Can you list down the major problems that you are facing with the editor? We will fix them.

I think you are talking about the 'BLOB-viewer' used for TEXT and BLOB variables?

      1. line number

      2. word wrap

      3. view r, n, TAB and SPACE sybmols

      4. coloring HTML tags (tag in DB is very often)

      5. selected to upper(lower) case

      enoth at first ? 😉

I think, anyway, chance set either editor – good idea.

      PS. sorry my english

      1) Word wrap is there allready (in 'preferences')

      2) highlighting and executing browser and mail program from http:// and [email protected] type of links are planned.

      3) there are no immediate plan for 'rich text editing' – however this is more a matter of resources and priorities that we do not want it ourselves.

      wow. really =)

but, each time turn on/off this option in preferences – too long.

I am understand, making full functionality editor only for DB managment soft is stupid.

But transfer this task to already created editors (return to topic subject) is not soo hard… and users say you one more big respect =)

Because now very often editing text looks like: ctrl+c/ctrl+v or saveTofile/openFromFile.

      PS. may be pool =)
