Tested on SQLyog 5.13 beta 4.
I'm using a table like this:
Code:CREATE TABLE `table` (
`id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,
`a` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`b` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`c` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`d` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`e` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`f` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`g` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`h` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`i` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`j` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`k` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`l` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`m` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`n` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`o` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`p` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`q` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`r` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`s` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`t` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`u` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`v` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`w` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`x` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`y` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
`z` enum('a','b','c') NOT NULL default 'a',
PRIMARY KEY (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;/*Data for the table `table` */
insert into `table` (`id`,`a`,`b`,`c`,`d`,`e`,`f`,`g`,`h`,`i`,`j`,`k`,`l`,`m`,`n`,`o`,`p`,`q`,`r`,`s`,`t`,`u`,`v`,`w`,`x`,`y`,`z`) values (1,'a','a','a','b','c','b','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','b','c','a','b','a','b','c','a','a','a','a','a','a'),(2,'a','a','b','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a','a');
Now, try to:
1) Select table in Object Browser
2) Press F11
3) Modify row 1 pressing, let's say, 'a' and press enter to update every field of that row.
4) When I get to field 't' that row fanishes.
I'm using 1024×768 resolution.

Yes … not exactly as you describe it but something similar is happening here.
After modifying about 10 first columns of first row the GUI starts 'deciding for itself' how it will scroll vertically.

Confirmed!
Fixed in 5.13
