      I've tried SQLyog 3.52 and I've found that the Database Synchronization Tool is still not checking for relationships (InnoDB tables):

      if you have 2 databases, one with relationships and the other one without relationships, for SQLyog there is no difference!!! 😮

      Relationships in Synchronization Tool is planned for one of the future releases of SQLyog.
