Create/Alter Table

      I'd like to suggest that after a table is created or altered, that the table be selected in a manner that allows the icons on the toolbar to be used. The 8 icons at the end of the toolbar are greyed out until I click off and then back on to the table I just created or altered.

      As well, I'd like to see a create table icon on the toolbar, and I think a Create Table menu item under the Table menu would be a logical place for creating a table. I found it under the DB menu. I was playing around with the menus and icons to get a feel for them.
