      This dialog pops up when issuing an “ALTER TABLE” command. The command seems to work fine except for this error dialog that pops up when called. This has only happen since migrating to 4.1.X series MySQL server.

      This is a known bug and has already been fixed in SQLyog 4.0 😀 Would you like to be notified when the 4.0 BETA comes out?
