      It seems in sqlYog 3.11, that when you copy a table to the same database on the same host, fields lose their auto-incrementiness.

      This is when using the copy table structure/data function with all options (stucture, data, indexes etc) on.

      This is a known bug which will be fixed in SQLyog 3.5
