      It is (and was for long time – at least 4 years) available from menu .. edit .. advanced .. comment selection.

      It will use '– style comments' (and ignore' #style comments' as well as '/*style comments*/'.

      But as this is a very old feature, feel free to comment on it and suggest improvements.
