Hi,
I am running Windows version 8.16 against MySQL version 5.0.82 on OS/X. When I try to execute a query in the query window, I get an error “The 'SHOW PROFILES' feature is disabled; you need MySQL built with 'enable-profiling' to have it working.” No queries work.
I have tested running queries against the same database using MySQL's Query Browser. There are no problems reported when doing the same queries from that tool.
The client has recently upgraded their MySQL from 5.0.77 to 5.0.82 through a general OS/X update.
On the other hand, I have recently upgraded to SQLyog 8.16 from 8.14.
Not sure where the problem is – the MySQL upgrade or SQLyog (or both).
Any reports of issues like this?
