      Have tested this in 3.52 as well. If I import (or export) a text file, sqlyog will default to “n” as line seperator. Since I am running under windows, I must change that to “rn” EVERY time i use import or export functionality even if the program has not been shut down.

      This is by design. SQLyog does not remember any settings except the last connection and window coordinates on startup .

      We plan to include the feature in one of the future releases of SQLyog.

      This feature is in the TO-DO list of SQLyog 3.6
