      Hi,

      There is a bug in SQLyog (6.05) where if you try to set a fields value to the string “default”, it actually sets it to the fields default value. This also applies to Default, DEFAULT and any other variation.

      Edit: Hmmm, looks as though it also does it with “(NULL)”, is this a deliberate feature? If it is, how do you get around it?

      Ah ha! Thanks.

      After my original post I realised that this was way to obvious to be a bug that went unnoticed, handy feature in some situations, but not all.
