Bool Shows As Tinyint

      When i create a bool field it actually creates a tinyint.. it shows as a tinyint in the right hand “db explorer” and applications allow numbers to be put in the field not true/false.

      It maybe a bug but i tried searching the forum and found nothing. Is it something i am doing wrong?
