      As you know, after u run a sql statement, the tab will show in the “result”

      If you need to edit the record, u need to change from the combo box, “Read Only”->to the “Table Name”, then you able to edit the value,

      If there any option, I DON'T want to set read only, I would like to edit it direct, it is really annoying. Each time I run the sql query, I need to set the “Read Only” to “Table Name”.

      There is an option available in SQLyog to do that. Hitting F8(Execute and Edit Result Set) would open the result set in the Edit mode directly.
