Hi,
Just wondering if I've missed this. Is there a Preference option to “Always Show All Rows” (e.g., after a query)?

There is 'persistence' in this respect. Once you check 'show all' it will do next time for the same query.

Also, if you want to see the all rows returned by any query (without any paging), then please disable “Auto paging in result tab” option through Preferences –> Others.(see the screen-shot)
