      Hi all,

      Within the organisation where i work we have a Monyog application running, to be exact version 4.0

      Now the problem is when we want to add a new user the cross under the username field doesn't gets green with any name.

      We tried ofcourse usernames that doesn't exist yet and with uppercase and lowercase.

      It all doesn't work.

      Does anyone know if this a bug is in this version?

      By the way: Internet explorer 7 and 8 is used to test this and there are some JS errors ('access denied').

      Problem solved! It was clientside. Within Firefox it worked!

      1) Do you have an option to try with another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera)? Since it is a javascript issue this will likely help.

      2) Please tell the Windows version. There are some javascirpt issues wiht IE on Win2008r2 for instance.

      But we will check this of course.

      There was an issue in IE 8 , Unable to create user, This issue has been fixed in v4.12.

      Please upgrade to latest stable version of MONyog and try?
