      Hi,

      I have to execute a query on multiple DBs and unfortunately have no other way as to manually edit the query result. Now, I forget to switch the resultset from “read-only” to write-mode again and again.

      Could you please add a configuration option so the user can choose to be in read-only or write-mode after executing a query?

      Or this there already another possibility that I didn´t see?

      Hello larsen,

      If you want to execute and edit resultset, we have an option to do this for a single query-Execute and Edit Resultset(F8). But if multiple queries are selected it doesn't change to Edit mode. We already have this issue here in our issue tracker: http://code.google.com/p/sqlyog/issues/detail?id=1684 We will schedule this according to our priority.
