I have been trying to synchronise the structure between two of my databases (different servers, different mysql versions) go through the large list of tables and perhaps select 20 or so, a mix of ALTER and CREATE.
I was using an older version of sqlyog 5 series, and it would only copy the very first ALTER statement. very odd u say.
I do it again, but this time choose to copy sql to clipboard straight away, with whatever the synch process ticks by default, sqlyog crashes.
I upgrade to the latest sqlyog, and now all I get is a 'No Differences found!' msgbox, when I assure you there are many boxes ticked, some ALTER, some CREATE.
Any tips?
Update.
I hit 'Toggle Selection' and it toggled obv, toggled AGAIN, so back to my original selections, and then the copy to clipboard button worked… odd

Hello,
We are not able to reproduce the problem in our side.
What is the source and target MySQL server versions you are using? as well as whether it is happening for all tables or for a particular table(s)?.
If it is for a particular table(s), can you post the table(s) schema also, It is very much helpful for us to solve the problem.
Regards

Best of all:
Export both databases as 'structure-only'. Zip the two files into a .zip archive.
Attach the file here or create a ticket if you do not want to expose things in public.
