First off, nice work on the program! It's absolutely nearly perfect and was well worth the money I spent on it. Yes, I actually bought it! 😀

One small suggestion. I find myself usuing “table data” to view my data quite often and I try to use my mouse as little as possible. Having said that, it would be great if there were a way to “focus” different panes using hotkeys, for instance, focus the query window by control-alt-q or whatever, then focus the table list, etc etc.

Secondarily, but much more important to me is having to CLICK in the table data window, if I click on a blob field, the quickest way for me to get out is the “standard” windows answer to everything……..escape. But that doesn't work. I have to physically CLICK on the cancel button as it doesn't even have a windows accellerator key attached to it (that I can see anyway).

So that's my tiny little suggestion. Take it or leave it, but I appreciate the time. 🙂

      Best regards,

      -=Fire

Did you check program help .. keyboard shortcuts:

Ctrl+B Set Focus On Object Browser

Ctrl+E Set Focus On SQL Window

Ctrl+R Set Focus On Result Window (focusses on the last selected TA:cool:

      to switch RESULT/NMESSAGES/DATA/OBJECTS/HISTORY tabs use

Alt+1…n Select Nth Tab In Result Window

      2)

      1) Thanks for the quick reply!!! I thought there would have to be something somewhere……Thanks for setting me straight.

      2) I still stand by what I said…….For me (xp pro, sqlyog 5.12BETA RC) ESC does not close the blob viewer. I'll check for an update and see what's up.

–Update– Just noticed I was a couple versions behind. Downloaded 5.14 B2 and was able to duplicate your findings and mine: When clicking on a NULL BLOB field, hitting escape does close the box if “Set to Null” is checked. If there's pre-existing data in the field, hitting escape does nothing.

      Cheers,

      Confirmed!,

      We are working on it,

      Thanks for the report.

      @Peter
      ,

Insert some text value in the blob field, then it will not close when ESC is pressed.

      Regards,

      Manoj
