Running Enterprise Edition 30 day trail
I'm trying to upload via tunnel ms access I get as far as the table then get the error message:
“The SJA.EXE file is linked to missing export SHELL32.DLL:SHGetFolderPathA.”
Any thoughts would be helpful.

Right?
Which Windows version? Which SQLyog version?? Which Ms-Access version?
Do you have the shell32.dll file (in windowssystem or windowssystem32 folder)?
Is the ODBC-driver the correct version for this Access database file ?
This error message: could you describe it more precisely? Is it a Windows popup Messagebox?
Did you read this: http://www.webyog.com/whitepaper/Preparing_Access__Migration.pdf
Can you use SQLyog normally (interactively)?
Can you import this Access database to anywhere else using the same ODBC-driver?
Lots of questions that you will have to answer if anybody else should be able to have an idea of what is wrong.

What do you mean? Where did you try to import to/read with? If the ODBC-driver cannot read the Access file then SQLyog can't either! SQLyog does not read the Access file itself. If I understand you right then you must start fixing that problem then. Somehow.
W98 .. I don't have any chance to try this.
Some google links here. Seems to be a lot of problems with that shell32.dll. Anything you can use? There are links to downloadable versions, but have a copy of the one you have … But ritesh probably cal give a better explabation of ther error msag than I can.

this one should be a shell32.dll for W98SE
http://www.dll-downloads.com/hosts.asp?shell32.zip
try replace (make a backup of your existing file)
