Quote:says that it updates.phpmean that SQLyog Enterprise Trial says that the tunnelling file is not the right version and that you should upload another?

Error No. 3 says:
“SQLyog Enterprise tunneling file version mismatch. Please upload the latest SQLyogTunnel.php from the installation folder of SQLyog.”
Are you sure that you have uploaded the same SQLyogTunnel.php that is shipped with 5.0 installer?

Hi to all
I'm experiencing the some problem, my version is 5.02 free edition that I've just downloaded. The SQLyogTunnel.php file report version 5.0 but I've got it from the install dir and it is the first time I install SQLYog.

The free SQLyog edition does not support tunnelling, But the Enterprise Trial does.
Quote:uload the archive .php to a WebWhat file are you talking about? There is only one .php file – it is the SQLyogtunnel.php that you'll find in SQLyog installation folder. This one should be uploaded to your webiste.
Quote:says that it updates.phpLooks like you are mismatching SQLyog with some php-based web-application. The SQLyog tunnelling file only lets you do tunnelling from SQLyog and SJA ..
Quote:but is I complete or in algun site exists another but new thanksSorry, but this is not understandable!
You will simply have to explain better what you are doing, if we shall be able to understand.

That is correct. 5.02 uses the original v5.0 TUNNELER file. There has been no change regarding HTTP Tunneling code from 5.0.
Are you sure you are using v5.02 and v5.1 BETA?

Sure, it is the v5.02, I've double checked the about window.
This happen for one server but not for another I have: I tried it with an Apache 2.055/php 5/Mysql 5.0.19 and it pass the connection test, than if I try to execute connection it say that I've to buy the Enterprise version to use tunneling, but at least it pass the test.
Maybe the webserver/php/mysql versions on the first server to cause the error?

This is what the free version does. The Enterprise trial should connect and work for a month.
Quote:Maybe the webserver/php/mysql versions on the first server to cause the error? Some network configuration thing. If you get the error 'Coul not connect …' it most likely is the hostnmae that is wrong. 'Localhost' won't always work. You may need to use a name server alias for the MySQL server on the remote network.

This is strange though. If there is any server/configuration problem then you should not receive TUNNEL version mismatch error.
BTW, I will suggest that you try out v5.1 BETA 4. It was couple of improvements regarding HTTP Tunneling.

@ ritesh this
Quote:then you should not receive TUNNEL version mismatch error.is not the issue now. It is history! Now he just can't connect, I think.
Nothing strange .. if he does not provide a name server alias that the routing system on the remote netowrk as an alias for the MySQL server, than it is not at all strange that he cannot connect!
@Cirunz: what is your EXACT problem NOW ? -

@Cirunz: what is your EXACT problem NOW ?As I say: with my local apache all go straight (no point to try with enterprise trial, I know it will work on this cause the connection test works), instead if I upload the “SQLyogTunnel.php” to an apache server on a web hosting service (www.aruba.it), when I execute the connection info I catch the version mismatch error.
Today I will try with the v5.1 BETA 4 as suggested by Ritesh

OK .. this is still the problem. I thought that was solved.
If you are sure the program version and the file version 'match' that should all.
