Can Not Add New User — Error 1364

  When I try to add a new user I get the error 1364:
  
  “Field 'ssl_cipher' doesn't have a default value”
  
  Any ideas why this happens?

  This is a known issue. This issue occurs due to the MySQL server running in strict mode.
  
  You will need to download the latest RC (Release Candidate) version of v4.2.
