      Column widths should be wide enough to display column names in data entry view. Otherwise, data entry is difficult.

      Uncheck Tools -> Preferences -> Truncate Column Headers To Max. Data Size.

      Thanks. That also made the blob problem pretty much go away. I think this should be default setting.
