I love SqlYog. It works great. I've been using it for a long time.
As I continue to add databases to my list of saved connections, I can't seem to find a way to sort the list of Connections alphabetically, which makes looking for a connection take a while. It'd also be nice if there was a way to rename a connection, other than deleting it and recreating.
Just a couple suggestions. Thanks again for the great product.

Why can't I ever remember to post these things?
This is a great idea and a frustration of mine for a while. It would be nice to have a 'Connection Manager' screen that I could pop up, similar to FireFox's 'Bookmark Manager' And allow me to manage my connections. (Folders would be extra nice since most of my connections fall into client groupings)
I second this idea.

You CAN rename a connection! Just press the “…”-button and enter the new name.
But sorting after connection-mame, URL of the server and name of the user would be nice …
There was an old request too, that it should be an opton NOT to store the password(s) for the connection(s). Don't forget this one!

I have forwarded the issue to my development team. I think we can implement the above two features in v4.07.

Hi,
You probably know you can re-order connections in sqlyog.ini by playing with the number of the connection

I didn't know that. Sweet, thanks for the heads up!

Changing sqlyog.ini is something we dont encourage. Starting from v4.07, the names will be in sorted in dropdown window.
