I am a newbie to SQLyog, I just downloaded the trial version of enterprise to see if it can do what I would like. It looks like the primary function that I am looking for does exists, and that is the scheduled synchronization of two databases contained in MySQL. My question now is: Does SQLyog have the ability to sync multiple databases at once without setting up a scheduled task for each database that needs to be synced? I have 30 databases that I would like to keep synced with another server on a nightly schedule, and from what I have seen so far I would have to create a separate XML file and scheduled task for each database. I hope someone can prove me wrong on that. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

      No.

You can only sync one database in a single session. For multiple syncs you have to use multiple schemas.

That clears that up, thank you very much for your quick reply.
