Variable colour (color) settings storable

I believe there is a need for the following. My situation is I am often logged into production and development boxes.

Since the production databases are only different (visibly) by the title bar, it would be nice to be able to have some light shades of colour so that at a glance you can see which database you are modifying.

I am not sure whether other people feel this would be helpful or not, maybe we could have a bit of a consensus on the issue?
