      We need to use SqlYog Job Agent SJA to synchronize dozens of databases with hundreds of tables.

      Some of these do not have Primary Keys and the tables are skipped entirely.

      Could the script at least do a full copy at that point?

      This issue basically makes the synchronization useless for us.

      I second this.. We have several index tables that really dont need or use a primary key.
