      When I try to Alter Table Struct the program has a fatal error an close the app. Some solution? Before uptade MySQL 4.1 everything was ok.

      This is a known bug in SQLyog 3.1. We are going to fix it in SQLyog 3.11 😀

      SQLyog 3.11 is expected within 1-2 weeks as the beta has been released to our beta testers 😀
