Well .. I suggest that you use Data Synchronization (from the 'powertools' menu and available in Enterprise and Ultimate editions of SQLyog). But I advise that you first practise it a little with two unimportant test databases on you local system.

If you are using the TRIAL currently there is a limitaion that only two tablses can be synced per job as described here:
