Our company is looking to purchase MONyog. We've downloaded the trial version so we can test it out first before purchasing. However, we're having issues with the Query Analyzer. We're getting the same error for both the Slow Query Log and the General Error Log whenever we analyze the query.
This is the error:
The file name of the slow query log is empty.
Make sure you have entered the correct filename. To check Query Analyzer Settings go to List of Servers->Edit->Query Analyzer Settings, fill appropriate details and press 'Test Path'. Click here to review settings for this connection
Any advice why this error keeps showing up? We have set up our server and the “test path” didn't give us an error while setting up our server either. What step/s are we missing other than setting up our server including the Query Analyzer Setting?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Our company wants to get our hands on the full version but we want to make sure that MONyog will be a benefit for us. We want to have everything working correctly first before we even purchase the full version.
