Hi
I am attempting to compare SqlYOG with my existing, working phpmyadmin setup.
Unfortunately, so far I have signally failed to connect to my test database.
Trying to use HTTP tunnelling and http://zeltus.eu/SQLyogTunnel.php I repeated get a “Error: Extension XML was not found compiled and loaded in the PHP interpreter”
But according to the attached phpinfo() screen grab, XML is p and running OK. Isn't it?
Anyway, can anyone shed any light on this please? I have also tried connecting thru' SSH tunnelling to no avail, but that'll be another post!
Cheers
Bill

1. Can you give us access to your phpinfo page?
2. Also, I am attaching one file here (extensions.php). Please upload this in the same server and give us the URL.
In case you don't want to make these information public, you can create a ticket here: http://webyog.com/support/ttx.cgi.

Will look at your extensions module this evening…
Let me know the results. Is it possible for you to give a test FTP account to us? We may need to test why your PHP behaving in a different way.

I uninstalled and reinstalled PHP on my server (which was a bit of a painful exercise, but at least I succeeded)
I no longer get this error message but I still cannot connect. I am now going to reinstall sqlyog to see if that helps (at least I will know exactly where I am when I've done all that)
More later!
