Attaching screenshot did not seem to work for you. Could you try again? You will need both to select the file and 'attach the file'.
It works fine on every Win7 system we have here and we have no similar reports. It must be an issue with your system. What I could suggest is.
1) Run 'Desk Cleanup' and ensure to delete thumbnails
2) Uninstall, reboot and reinstall
3) Check if this is related to some AV etc. software (try disable temporarily).
