      Hi There,

Also wanted to say great job, the program is fantastic, been a using the community version for a little while and just upgraded to the Enterprise version which maybe made me think maybe I could sneek in a feature request 🙂

Just wondering would it be possible to add a Ctrl-E shortcut for execute currently highlighted query? This is one of the only things that I really miss from Query Analyser (yep I've been won over from the dark-side haha!). Its a really quick way of executing adhoc queries without having to move away from the keyboard and use the mouse. Really surprised none of the mysql gui's do this actually.

      Cheers

      Luke

Do you suggest it should function identically to F5 or slightly different in some way?

From menu .. about .. keyboard shortcuts you can see what is available now (if you did not know!)

No I hadn't seen that menu option – thanks for that.

It was the same functionality – I'm used to touch typing so its a lot easier if you can keep your hands near the home row. Ctrl-Letter combo's are easier and more efficient than having to use the mouse or even Fx keys. I notice you're already using Ctrl-E though so no worries.

      Thanks for the quick reply.

      Luke
