      6.06 Beta 2 n

      Create an InnoDB table, Use the copy table to different Host/DB.

      Click through to advanced properties on alter table, and observe that the ENGINE=MyISAM, and that the Foreign keys have all been lost.

      Actually.. please delete this thread – it turns out that the destination server isn't configured to support InnoDB, and is converting the create table statement to MyISAM all by itself.
