      Hi,

      i have found no function to compress the backup files created by SQLyog. I am creating backup files with timestamp in the filename. I search in this forum and found a post from a developer which is 1 year old where he said this will be added to a future version. When will it be available, i would need that urgently.

      Please answer, i have purchased the enterprise version and thought this would be possible. With a simple zip i can reduce the size of my backup to 15% of the uncompressed one.

      Compressed backups is in our TODO list.
