You don't have permission to access /SQLyogTunnel.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at http://www.rover-classics.co.uk Port 80
I keep getting this error when I try to connect with SQLyog. The correct tunnelling file is uploaded, the HTTP tunnelling address is all okay.
It’s getting really frustrating, because all the “Test Connection”s work fine, or if I delete any of the connection details and retype them (exactly the same as they were), it does sometimes let me in. I have managed to get in tonight and add a couple of TEST records to the database, then I exited the program and tried to connect again and SQLyog gave me the error.
I have upgraded a couple of times and am now using 5.23 beta1 – when I used 5.19 this problem never occured if I remember right! I've tried changing the port 3306 to 80 (not really sure what they mean but thought it was worth a go) and that didn't work. I re-uploaded the tunnelling file (accessible at http://www.rover-classics.co.uk/SQLyogTunnel.php) in case it was corrupted, which also hasn't worked. The bizarre thing is that if I do retype the connection details it does sometimes let me in, even though the connection details are exactly the same.
I have no idea where to go from here, and have had this problem for about 3 weeks now. I have been in contact with my server who say there are no restrictions on the file, but it will still come up with the error about 90% of the time.
I don't really understand about the Apache server (the server I registered with is Liquid Web), and have no clue as to what to do now – I feel like I've tried everything, but I'm obviously doing something wrong.
Please, please if there's any suggestions, they wuld be most gratefully received!
Many thanks,
Katherine

In your ticket I replied
1) that I can connect to your server every time without problems with any SQLyog version with the connection details that you gave us.
2) and asked you to try connecting from another location and to enable logging in the tunneller.
