      I don not understand “… not taking my CC”. Please explain in detail. Can't you register program, or do you have problems logging into Customer Portal?

      I think the payment processors are not recognizing his Card Details.

      Did you try the Phone option available at http://www.webyog.com/en/buy_sqlyog_enterprise.php?
