I'm a relatively new user so I apologise in advance if I'm missing something obvious.
I'm having difficulties accessing one specific client's MySQL databases. I'm using HTTP tunnelling and Enterprise 5.19 (from Windows desktop to Linux server). Most of the time I get this message (which comes back almost immediately < 1 second)
Quote:
HTTP/1.1 408 Request Timeout
Connection: Close
Pragma: no-cache
cache-control: no-cache
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
It doesn't happen all of the time and the software works like a dream when I can get a connection. It only happens for this client (or their host – Go Daddy) an only started recently. Connections to the remote servers of all other clients work without problem. This client has several databases with this host, they appear to all be connectable or not at the same time.
Any thoughts as to what might cause this? Better still, hints (for a newbie) as to what can be done to prevent or reduce this?
