      Hello. I'm new at using SQlyog. I think it greats but when I first start and try to log in it gives me an error 1045 message saying access denied. Now could someone tell what username I have to use for this? I think that could be my problem.

      Err..nevermind. I fixed it myself but theres another problem. When I try to import batch file it gives me the message SQL Dump Import Error. it says there was an error while excuting a query. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

      It is impossible to tell what the issue could be, with the information that you give here.

      What is SQLyog program version?

      From what MySQL version did you export and to which do you import?

      With what program was the dump created?

      Could you aswer the above questions and attach a small sample dump that fails to import?

      oh I see .. it was 'error 40' and not 'error 1064'

      (an error 40 is an error that occurs 40 centimeters from the screen) 🙂
