But, he is being assigned to an insignificant department known as"the Special Support Section, which does odd work and assists the needy. The team and he soon come across the dark side the city as well with some shady details.

The site of an ongoing territorial struggle with the Erebonian Empire and the Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed into a flourishing city-state that is one of the world's most important economically-driven centers.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, has returned to his hometown to continue his brother's legacy and become a part of the Crossbell Police Department. He arrives to find that he has been assigned to the Special Support Section. This is the division that takes care of little and odd-looking requests. His new coworkers that include Elie MacDowell, who is the daughter of the city's mayor Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier and Tio Plato, a young techno-savant.
Lloyd and his fellow colleagues carry on the fight to make a better city, despite the fact that the department they work for is criticized by the media. As they do, however they are slowly confronted with the corruption that is sweeping the city. They aren't aware of how wide the shadows are of Crossbell City reach...
