Are the .schemaxml files saved from a Schema Designer panel usable anywhere else? I was just wondering if the XML for schemata designed in SQLyog is of a standardized format that can be opened and visually represented in any software other than SQLyog. Thanks in advance for any responses.

.xmlschema file format is not a standardized format. File with .xmlschema extension is only meant for SQLyog.
But it's a normal XML file so if a program can identify various tags inside the file, obviously it can read the file.
